In 2018 Lithium set out to revamp their customer conference from the ground up. The decision was to take the annual, single conference and break it up into a smaller set of events in Austin, San Francisco, London, and Melbourne.
Playing off "Customer Experience", the visual design system was designed around the connectivity of customer care, social media, and technology. With that the name was changed from LiNC (Lithium Network Conference) to CX Live.
